Since 2025 our Turkish cosmetics factory in Istanbul runs fully automated filling and production lines with a capacity of 40,000 units per day and 1.2 million units per month. For a new brand this means your first order is produced on the same lines and under the same controls as a large repeat order, so there is no need to change manufacturer as volumes grow. For distributors and retailers it means stable supply for multi-SKU programmes.
In-house R&D laboratory
Our cosmetic chemists work on site, next to production. They adapt existing formulas, develop new ones and check that each formula behaves the same at production scale as it did in the lab. Formulas are developed in line with EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, vegan raw materials are prioritised, and sunscreen products have their SPF values verified by laboratory SPF testing.
Packaging and design support
Packaging is part of the product, not an afterthought. We help you select bottles, jars, tubes, airless pumps, droppers, sprays and closures that are compatible with your formula and suit your positioning, and we source them for you. Recycled and eco-conscious packaging options are available for brands with sustainability goals.
Our team also supports label and box design preparation, so artwork fits the chosen components and carries the information your market expects. On the production side we handle filling, labelling, boxing and palletising, and prepare professional export packaging so products arrive intact and shelf-ready.

What is your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is flexible and depends on the product type, formula and packaging you choose. Share your project details and we will confirm the minimum quantity in your quote.
Can you manufacture with my own formula?
Yes. We can produce your existing formula, reproduce it from your INCI list and specifications, or co-develop a new formula with our chemists.
Do you charge for R&D and sample development?
R&D support is free of charge for our customers. We will explain any project-specific costs, such as special raw materials or packaging, before work starts.
